Aisha is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds degrees in Law (LL.B.) and LL.M. She brings in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Company Law, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and comprehensive corporate legal compliance.

With a strong foundation in governance and legal frameworks, Aisha has independently handled a wide range of corporate secretarial and legal responsibilities. Her areas of expertise include incorporation and strike-off of companies and LLPs, issuance and transfer of shares, buy-backs, preferential allotments, rights issues, and other capital restructuring activities.

She has successfully managed complex FEMA-related transactions, including Foreign Currency Transfer of Shares (FCTRS), FIRMS portal reporting, foreign investment compliance, and compounding applications before the RBI and other authorities. Her work also spans SEBI compliance, covering LODR and ICDR regulations, private placements, preferential issues, and coordination with merchant bankers, stock exchanges, and depositories for seamless regulatory reporting.

Aisha is also well-versed in legal drafting, having prepared and reviewed various agreements such as Shareholders’ Agreements, NDAs, Charge Agreements, and corporate governance policies including POSH and maternity benefit policies. She has actively participated in Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence reviews, and advised on legal matters under the Companies Act, FEMA, and other allied corporate laws.
